Running With Endurance – Hebrews 12:1-3
A marathon is a taxing race. The runner must overcome muscle cramps, blisters, and the urge to quit. But each step reaffirms his commitment to keep going until he triumphantly crosses the finish line.

Which is more influential in your life – Circumstances or your perspective? Although we may long for a pleasant life filled with abundance, comfort and good experiences, the reality is that we live in a fallen world. Almost nothing I at it should be, but the way we perceive life’s hardships and burdens depend largely on our perspective.
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” – (John 15:5)
He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. (1 John 2:6)
I have heard that if you walk three times a day at a brisk pace, it can help keep you in good shape physically. You won’t move as quickly as you move when you are running. Walking is a regulated motion, but as you do it, you make progress. You move forward gradually.
Abraham looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.”
GENESIS 22:13 – 14
Life is complicated – with the many programs in our schedules that the old-fashioned diary that our grandparents or parents used is no longer relevant. Work is stressful…and home is MORE stressful. People are nervous with going to the doctor because with all this stress…you know that you have some disease with some complicated medical name. Like all of the stress is not enough, Apple and Samsung are constantly bringing-up new phones and new gadgets that you dont know what to choose! Our lives are so complicated.
Justin and I have entered our biggest phase of our marriage: We are pregnant! With a baby on board, everything changes – priorities, schedules, diet, habits, etc. Come August 2015, Justin Jr will add two feet to our family and we are so thrilled to meet him. To watch him fall asleep (or not! Hello, sleepless nights), to hold his hand while he grows, to pick him up as he falls taking his first step…we are so ready and excited to meet him!
